A listening ear who is non judgemental and not in any way attached to the people, places or things that are often the cause of why we feel the way we do.
In these sessions we will unpick the situations that are giving you the most negative feelings and develop proven and pragmatic strategies to help you in overcoming them.
There is a short on boarding form to complete before your session, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us.
DISCLAIMER: This is not licensed therapy and instead uses CBT methods to support you in thinking more positively, reach logical conclusions, provide a place to share your challenges in a way that assists you in boosting your mental resilience.
